Mrs. Gretchen Stevens

I have been a Barton Reading and Spelling tutor since 2014. I was certified in the Barton System by Susan Barton in 2015. I love working one-on-one with students age 6-64.

I help tutors of dyslexic students, lower elementary teachers and homeschool parents save time & sanity by providing READY-TO-USE GAMES and TEACHING TOOLS that can be used right away. I have been a Certified Barton tutor since 2014, teaching dozens of students in my home. I taught elementary and middle school students for 26 years in addition to homeschooling my own children.

"I printed these out and was so impressed by the beauty and quality of these playing cards! My students tuned in to the photos and wanted (and were able to) read the sentences because they are so well aligned with Barton. The kids asked me to play Go Fish for a memory game and the time flies while they are happily learning.
